Frame: Our frames are made of 2" thick hardwood. Not plywood or particle-board. They are then joined by nuts and bolts. Not screwed and glued.

Cushion Decking: We use perelli webbing for all of our cushion decks. This is a 2" wide webbing that is woven multi-directional. The webbing we use has a 2000 lb. per square inch tensile strength. most manufactures use "S" springs which is a bent piece of wire that is stapled to the front and back of the frame. Our decking is much stronger and offers individual seating.

Padding: All areas of our upholstery is completely padded. The sides, backs and corners all have padding. in other words, no upholstery is in direct contact with the bare wood. This eliminates "HOT SPOTS" where the upholstery will wear fast.

Cushions: our cushions contain marshall coil units instead of just poly foam. This adds extended life to the cushion as well as a level of comfort that only higher priced pieces can offer. All of our cushions are velcroed into place with aviation grade velcro. This eliminates cushion slippage and you will never hvae to pick up a cushion off the flooe again. Leather: Our leather is 100% top grain, high grade, cowhide. We do not sell leather-match or leather-touch furniture. Our leather is produced using the very best process known. It is soft to the touch but very durable. Micro-Fiber: "The miracle fabric of the century" The micro-fiber we use is the very best available. It is non-absorbant which makes it stain-resistant. Simply wipe up spills as soon as possible. Mild detergent and distilled water will remove most spills. While rubbing alcohol will remove most ink stains. This makes this product very family, and pet friendly.

Shopping Tip: Ask the sales-person how their products are made. If they don't know, ask them to find out. Lift one end of the sofa. Is it light for its size? Or does it bend or flex when picked up? Yes, to either one of these should raise red flags. Don't settle for something that only looks good or sits good on the show-room floor. Insist on furniture that has substance and is going to give you a long life of service.
